Yeah even I’m curious to know if Infosys increment is also as good. I mean they are making you work 70 hours a week, so they shouldn’t pay you anyless than 25k, even as a fresher. I hope you’re getting what you deserve after all this hard work.
Good Infosys increment? They make us work for long hours and when the appraisal cycle comes, we get peanut-sized increments. I just got 5% and dedicate almost 12 hours to the company only. It feels like that damn cubicle has become my life! Very frustrating this entire thing is.
I heard someone got 4% in the name of Infosys increment. Issey toh achcha ajkal startups dete hai. I don’t know how easily people are saying that working 70-hours a week is okay. I mean what about your social life? Personal life? Working for such long hours will affect productivity as well, ye baat inhone sochi bhi nahi kya?
I mean if they really make an employee work for 70 hours, they should deserve a huge Infosys increment. Don’t know the inside story though, but I really hope they get a good increment. I mean these days all big companies make us work and work but when the appraisal cycle hits their humbled tone says something unexpected (not in a good way).
