Infosys hike and appraisal cycle

really ?? even if you are eligible... and rated high.. pay makes no difference 🤣

Here hikes won't make any difference. Last year I had good rating but got 5% hike and my teammates got 3%.

99% you won't be eligible. The appraisal cycle (traditionally) ends by June or July and hikes are given effective April 1st. We used to get arrears in July / August payroll.

This year they're mum about the possibility of there being an appraisal cycle, even.

So if I join june before june will I eligible hike for 2025?
