Info about South west Delhi

Not sure about places, but rent+utilities is almost similar between Delhi and Bangalore. You end up spending much more on electricity bills in Delhi compared to Bangalore, but rent is higher in IT corridor Bangalore.

30% on what is the question. On <10L, probably not. On 20L, base on personal preference. On >30L, no brainer

U can get you 1bhk for around 20k monthly in dwarka now it depends in which sector. In low developed u can even get 10k but in high socites u will have to pay 30k minimum. Would suggest to meet in the middle.

Recently shifted to Gurgaon from Bengaluru. It has not been an awesome experience and I still miss Bengaluru and I'm farther away from my home town.

All that said - do what you feel is right; you can consider this location shift as an experience in your youth, well before you finalise on a city and location you call as home.
