1. The police have identified the suspect, a rowdy sheeter.
2. He is NOT believed to be a serial killer.
3. A team from Indiranagar police station is actively tracing him.
4. We're in touch with the police and will provide updates ASAP.

Initially, Team Broseph termed it a "potential serial killer" due to the multiple incidents reported in a short span, which raised concerns about public safety.
