Indigo’s branding is so well done! Stands out amongst all the brands in India.

The colors. The Hello 6E. The food menu, packaging etc.

Does anyone know who worked on it?

Long long back when I traveled indigo first time. I heard Hello 6E as Hello Sexy. I was amazed at how creatively they choose 6E

Their brand identity is very strong. When I think about it, Indigo is the strongest player in air travel right now.

Vistara has less of a brand identity but wins in execution, the most important thing.

Their inflight marketing is top-notch. They way they wittily name their food and beverage options, the topics they cover in 6E magazine, everything seems to be so carefully crafted and connected to their brand

It doesn't end there. There's wit, pun, quirk, and whatnot in every piece of branding they make. And it's very relevant doesn't look forced like some wannabe brands. I always watch out for their branding and communication whenever I'm boarding a 6E!

If Zomato is for online, I will give it to Indigo in the offline space as far as new age brands are concerned in terms of staying different from the rest.

You can get points on their cobranded Kotak and other bank cards.

Their service quality has gone down after the failure of other carriers. It’s become similar to Deccan Air; tight seats, pay for everything, constant delays, etc
