India to Saudi, should I consider?
So, I am getting an offer from Wipro, Riyadh. Although, I have checked on a few websites about the purchasing power parity but still I want to know what should be my expected CTC any ballpark figure considering my current CTC is 36 LPA INR fixed.
Also, I might be moving with my family that is my wife and kid. Any suggestions for non muslim family apart from respecting their culture and traditions and not doing anything remotely blasphemous?

For non Muslims Saudi should not be considered. If you really want to go do proper research. It’s so hot your child will not even be able to enjoy a proper childhood like playing outdoors. Women cannot drive cars at any time they like. Before taking any decision do good amount of research.

Ask for an unreasonable hike, see what their lowball offer is, then ask for 10% more than that.
Lifestyle is good, don't expect to go out every day because it's more limited in terms of hang out spots.
Since you have a family, the routine will be good.
Just be conservative outside your complex and it will be good. Huge indian communities there

I'd recommend checking with people who've been to the Gulf recently. I'm a bit skeptical, not because of restrictions, but the high cost of living, also heard you cannot buy own house. Could be wrong, but choose carefully, especially with a kid, as expenses add up!

Best suggestion, go there and work alone for a while. Based on the situation and word of mouth from your colleagues you can then pull your family through.
Ideally I'd recommend going there minting money for upto 5 years with your family here.
Once your financial goals are met move back with a good pot of savings.
