In need of Guidance

Hello I'm 22F a 4th year student from a tier 3 college. I got placed on campus in a very small scale startup for 6.5 lpa but the internship period was of 9 months at 15k per month in blr. Now they have announced that they won't be giving PPO to us. My internship is ending in March 2024 before that I need to get into a new job. But all the openings are low paying i.e. 3 or 4lpa jobs and I'm in doubt with my DSA skills. I need someone who can mentor me on this path. I've worked on mostly Java, Springboot, Automation testing and C++. How should I prepare along with my internship in this 2 months?

I'm surprised more people didn't want to mentor. Hmm decent community?

Take the highest job offer you can get - no point staying unemployed.

Spend less time on your internship now that they've gone back on their PPOs. Find extra time to prepare for DSA.

Leetcode is the only way. Keep practicing and you'll get better.

@Suki mail your resume to sharingiscaring40020@gmail.com, I'll share it on my network. Let me check if I can help in getting interview calls. If you have any specific queries related to interview prep you can mail me on that as well.

First of all it's a good thing that you've 2 more months for your job search until the internship ends. Along with the suggestions of preparing for DSA, I'd suggest you the following

Go to LinkedIn, start building connections, there are a lot of openings for Freshers.

Share snippets of your knowledge on LinkedIn(best way to attract recruiters and connections). Good luck.
