In dire need of a referral

Hello people, I'm in urgent need to change my org. My manager is very verbally abusive. His nature has become very hostile in the last 2 months and as much as I've tried to put up, it's becoming too much to handle and it's messing with my mental health. I literally have breakdown moments because of it.
