Choose your circle very very carefully. It's better to be alone than to be involved with people who you try to be friends with just because you feel lonely or will miss out on things. It takes serious amount of time to come out of that behaviour of anxiety, restlessness and overthinking once they leave you since they have no need of you now and they got what they wanted.

My first question that will come from my younger self: “How the fuck did you go from being a guy who could get anything done alone, to someone who needs a tag along to do new things?’ Man, my glorious days from my school days were that I used be loner, but never felt lonely or alone as I just was vibing in the present and be not-attached to anything or anyone, express emotions the way they come instead of sugarcoating them so that others won’t judge me, I miss my past self, its not that bad or anything rn, but would throw a crore to get back to the guy i was.

What advice would you give for your younger-self?

In the past something would have bothered you the most, something you wanted to do, something you wanted to change, and you fought with someone. But now it doesn't even matter or you could have taken that leap back then. So what advice w...
