I had asked the recruiters which team I was joining in the mid/last round. Almost most of them give this information and I reach out on LinkedIn to people. I was lucky to have people giving honest opinions. It's not easy if you don't ask for it.

Totally depends on what u were doing previously. Like if u were high performer & still laid off then u wuld prioritise wlb.
