If ur current salary is 18 Lap with 8 years ui angular experience, how much you can ask or get in Philips bangalore

I dont know the amt. But i know one thing, The rangoli idiots in Phillips will try to link your current salary and make it a bench mark. So, if they ask how much you expect, never give a %... instead quote an amount. You are currently getting 18, say 35 or whatever. Their next question will be "why 100%?".. tell them its not %, as the current salary is no benchmark for the new job. You may or may not get the demanded amount, but at least it will throw those clerks out of their game.
