@Rhombus bhai Use your bodyweight, apart from that u can use a bag having few books inside it or laptop or both that way you can lift for biceps or you hang it on your back and do pushups and squats along with other exercises. Try it, I also used to do it and its really helps 😁

Wow! But isn't that bag unbalanced? Doesn't it cause problems when the weights are not balanced?

PeppyNarwhal
PeppyNarwhal

It won't be unbalanced u have to put things in a symmetric way like few books of same sizes normally it stay balanced I have used it when can't used to afford gym and it really helps. Atleast try it I say if u don't find it helpful than just stay on bodyweight with different variations

Atta. Cylinder. Your own body weight is also great for a lot of exercises. Dumb bells and kettlebells came from capitalism, workouts can always be body weight and exercise all parts/muscles

First of all, the pressure on students to...

Pull Ups at Home

Which is the best pullup bar setup at home that you all have seen/used?

Most wall pullups bars seem too extensive and door ones don't seem safe (I've tried the decathlon one though, felt stable)

Also in half a mind to consider roman r...

What's your workout routine?

I workout at home with a mix of calisthenics and a very small variation of strength training, and some yoga. Curious to know what everyone's upto and how that has helped.
