Tough to draw a direct correlation, but I'll give you a reference from a previous sales role I had Was paid ~18LPA and managed a book of clients worth $1.5Mn
That's how it often looks in sales. Ofc, a lot of that revenue would come up anyway, my work would maybe lead to a 20% increase in their spends?

Bad question. A company earns through all employees collectively. HR is as important as design as is tech, even if the salaries might say otherwise.
Company doesn't grow if any of the important domains are absent or inefficient.
