IBM interview process

Hi, I am a 9 years experienced Mainframe Professional. I applied for a job opening in IBM and shortlisted for interview. I received the email with the subject 'Action Required: Fill in the additional information required' - I provided my additional details to complete my profile in IBM's career portal, no issues.

There was a second email with the subject 'INDIA - Biometrics Authorization and Consent Form Email'. When IBM usually sends this consent mail? I got this mail even before my L1 interview. What is the meaning of this mail in the hiring process of IBM?

Also, I directly got interviewed by Senior leadership peole on both L1 and L2 interviews on June 1st week, 2025. Is it common in IBM India Pvt Ltd for L1 and L2 interviews to be conducted by senior onsite leaders? (i.e., the interviewers having with 20+ years at IBM, checked in LinkedIn)

In June 2nd week, HR called me and informed he is awaiting for Interview feedback and internal discussions to complete, will get back by next week. I am just waiting for HR to get back while wondering what are my chances of getting selected in this scenario.
