I want to shift to someplace else

Hi, I am tired of Endia and Endians, this is not an ideal place to live, too hot, humid, populated, polluted, corrupt, disgusting place. I gave GRE, 2 times TOEFL and filled APS certificate form also, all for waste, money wasted more than 1 lakhs rupees, at the end couldn’t go to west, now I am above 30 with AI in picture i don’t want to spend on masters or further education. I want to earn as much as I can in my current job and escape this place forever. I am 30. What do you suggest? I want to live in cold, beautiful place like Kashmir or upper Himalayas. I am ready to live alone and start a small stall like tea stall, maggi point, etc. I like Nuristani ppl of Pakistan also, but I think going to Pakistan and living with them is not possible. I feel i should live alone in upper cold Himalayas. Issue I have wasted to much money on forms, exams, education, I think I am not even break even right now.
