I want to exit!! Genuine guidance plz?

I'm an APM(25M)working in a startup since June 2025, been 5months now. My manager, she's the most toxic person I have met. Extreme micro management, and even once or twice abused me with Hindi slangs.

Now, repeatedly for things which shouldn't be my job, like dev tasks she wants me to do( as the org lacks structure), and. Threatens me to put me me in PIP regularly.

Enough is enough now. But, im thinking shall I switch or not? As I have started my career back in June 2024, then switched on one year by May 2024. Now, I hv 5months of experience in the 2nd. Will it look bad in my profile? Or it doens't matter?

P.S: saying all these to HR and all won't help, as previously few folks left coz of her.

Also, I have EMIs at my head. Losing one month's salary si difficult for me.
