Remove Corruption
Actually pay govt employees so they don't need to get money under the table
Take bigger and important decision in actually turning the country upside down.
Lokpal bills, complete digitisation within 5 years for govt internal operations at least, and many more.
ofc collaboration with Experienced Senior politicians/Govt Officials like IAS, Secretaries, (who actually works) would be required
Get votes from the actual 60% voters who doesn't vote at all. (60% I read last time)

gvmt babus are one of the most educated people in the country and they are corrupt to the core. Education in india is clerk factory. a marks based qualification that offers nothing but a test of memory.
Dedication to actually flip the image - its difficult in a democratic setup. where people vote based on caste, religion and language.

Smart af = politicians are the smartest people on earth. This field is the true meritocracy. CEO's are just fancy talking idiots. Most politicians atleast take care of their constituency/group of people.
