I need help to switch

Hi everyone, I joined Deloitte as a CA fresher in Fintech consulting with a ctc of 12 lpa. Its been 16 months into the system and I am evaluating other options with better work and ctc (at least 40% hike). Can you please guide me which all areas I should consider and where?
