I need an ola scooter review

All I can hear is negative reviews about OLA scooters , even their social handles are bombarded with problems . Have any of you guys faced any issues or do you think it's a defamation act by ops???

Even I am curious if anyone has good review for any electric scooter. Online reviews can be skewed to negative as that what makes most of the people take the effort to do it.
