I need a referral. Please help.

I'm currently working in a service based company from last 2.5 years. I had joined there as a fresher. The project that I'm working on had som growth initially but now there's literally no growth. I'm doing the same exact thing every single day and despite working extra hard all year long, I was not given any hike! I'm really feeling depressed right now. Please help. I've wasted 2.5 years of my life and I've hardly any expertise in any of the tech I've worked on.
