I have offer from HSBC, 13YoE,QA,offered 30+, is it a good place or hire and fire company?Some are saying very good some are really against?

Hi friends, I have offer from HSBC for an Automation QA position they have not clarified whether it will be automation QA or proper lead position, I am currently working with IBM as an automation QA, I have received quite a good feedback about HSBC being a product best service company where some people have spent more than 5 + years and some people could one or two years and got fired because of the restructuring, I want to understand how the company culture at least for QA role can I spend at least 3 years? I am willing to stay more if I get a good team. I tried staying back with IBM with nearby numbers but they are not confirming anything in written communication.(Pls ignore grammar, if any🙏)
