got offer from infosys 12 lpa with 10.8 lpa fixed

is it good with 4 years of exp and 6.5 lpa currently

and how much will be my inhand

I have an offer from Capgemini for 21 LPA( 10% variable pay) and have offer from CGI of 19 LPA( 2 % variable and 3% share) which is the better option....??
