I have 2 offers in hand:

I have 2 offers in hand and would appreciate your suggestions on which would be a better pick:

  1. GT Indus offering me a Manager position in Risk Advisory
  2. Citrin Cooperman India LLP offering me a Director position with their in-house risk practice

In terms of compensation both are very comparable. However with Citrin I will be receiving stock units with would be encashable later.

What are your thoughts?
