I have 2.8 years of experience in tech industry is it possible to move abroad?
I have like 2.8 years of experience as an application support engineer and want to move abroad. I dono which country would be good to settle and have long career. And also I don't want to continue to be an application engineer want to switch to Program Manager or product manager role. It is something like switching from tech to non tech is it a good idea to do that ?
Please suggest me on: How to move abroad ? Which country? How to find out which company giving visa sponsorship?
Is it a good idea to move from application support engineer to non tech program manager or product manager role( as I'm not much confident to apply for sde roles and not good technically) ?
Application support engineer -> Non tech Program Manager or Product Manager
Or any advice on which role can be applied in tech which is not much coding knowledge required but has growth and demand of money?
Application support engineer -> ?

With the current market scenario it'll be difficult to get a job abroad esp if you're targeting US, EU etc. for the tech work. You'll need to be really good at an in-demand skill considering you need visa sponsorship. The tech market outside is bad atp, I'd suggest wait it out a bit, research and gather the necessary skills then try.
