I have 13.6 lpa fixed offer from Deloitte and I have another offer of 15.23 fixed from johnson control. Can Deloitte match the offer. Has anyone was able to match it in Deloitte. I still prefer Deloitte as Johnson Control has significantly low job security and salary growth.

Then go to delitte , but inform the hr of Deloitte as u got a counter offer if they are willing to match atleast 14.5
