I got offer from Accenture but something wired where HR didn’t called me for any negotiations but straight put and offer which I don’t like.

I got offer from Accenture but something wired where HR didn’t called me for any negotiations but straight put and offer which I don’t like. Now I have 7 days to accept or reject or might be auto rejected but the offer is not that good and location is wrong. Not sure if I should keep it without accepting or rejecting it?

You can ask again for negotiation. And as per accenture policy you can go to your nearest office from home... they can change your location

How to change it ? Before joining will they change ? But HR is not responding
