I feel very depressed 😔 have not received any hike since 3 years at Accenture. Joined with 6.5lpa and still that's my CTC after 3 years.

You have 90 days NP, Few service based companies like Infosys, Cognizant will agree for 90 days NP, So get an offer from these companies, Later you will be having plenty of time left to get another offer.

Gauge the market condition and your risk appetite ( financial stability and your savings) and take a call to put in exit ASAP. Don't waste your time these are precious years of your career. Advice coming from someone who stayed at Accenture for 5 years out of which I regret staying there for last 2 years. After 2 years I got onshore for a year so it was all good but once I came back I got comfortable and committed biggest mistake of my professional career. So my friend 3 years is more than enough at Accenture, go ahead and take that plunge. Your future self will thank you for this.

Try switching dude. If you don't want to switch, apply for other jobs and try negotiating based on other companies'offer letters.
