Ise jagrukta kehte hain mere dost I have faced all manipulations and no proper credits used to be given for my hard work despite of having worked my ass off but other people used to get hike,appraisals and onsite opportunities since they used to lick manager’s ass so why not give yourself a worth which you deserve and what’s wrong in it if it helps you build a side income for the skill which you are actually underpaid inside your company.
