I am done with wfh, now it's too much

Even though the company hasn’t enforced RTO, I’m exhausted with this WFH setup. I’ve been stuck in the same spot for the last 3-4 years, working remotely. I haven't made any new connections outside of work, and I feel dependent—my food’s cooked, my parents are always around. At 27, having never left home, I’m itching to move out and experience life on my own terms, to figure things out for myself. The pressure at home—talks of buying a house, marriage, the usual stuff—is overwhelming, and honestly, I need a break from it all. And after all this, there's a second thought about expenses that i'd incur, but then peace of mind is a tradeoff.

I need some honest opinions 🙏🏽

Work from different city every 15 days if you have wfh options. Then decide

Don't worry about that many expenses. You are earning very good.

Wait till you get to WFO. All that pressure including loneliness.

Enjoy whatever you have, while it lasts

You'll never experience living independently if not now. You've been living with your parents and in the future, it'll be your life partner. Move out, explore, enjoy until you want. You can always move back if you don't like it. It'll be challenging, you'll need to figure things out, deal with many people & situations. So maybe move to a city where you have friends. All the best with your decision regardless.

Come for some time and go back. You can do this once every 6 month or may be 3 months. You can do WFO if you have WFH not the other way around

If you have friends (with WFH)around, plan a week where you can work from other places.
I know WFH+parents+marriage pressure is overwhelming, but now I go to the office, I feel that phase was the best.

It's mix of wfh, new house, marriage, etc etc Given I have not had an opportunity to love alone ever in my life, I have the itch of giving it a try in a new city and figuring out stuff myself
