Hello there, Currently i am running a startup and i am facing problem to look up for good engineers who can boost our existing sales and can give technical support whenever required.

As HVAC Engineering is not so well know course among Mechanical Engineers, it becomes difficult to find a good engineer for the same.

I tried to place Ads on WorkIndia, even posted about it on our social platforms and yet couldn’t find one skilled person for the same.

Does anyone among you know how to hunt down skilled HVAC engineers?

Please share your wise ideas or share your any helpful advices with me which i can look upto and work on my new startup.
