First check the average salary for this position. Check on ambitionbox, glassdoor to get an idea. From my opinion your current CTC is less as per your experience and you can easily get a hike above 150%.
Also try to find about the budget about this position sometimes its there on job posting. Check different job portal for this position. Then ask 20-30% higher then the budget because HRs negotiate well.
