Sad to say but all those reviews are true, positive ones are mostly by their HR team. Work life balance is pretty bad. They have this hire to fire policy. Hiring in bulk and firing in bulk when they cannot handle. very unstable culture. Senior management is poor and that is reason for all this mess. Only good things are CTC and tech stack.

How many hours do you actually work per day?
For me 5 - I start by 11 and end by 7 but take an hour lunch break, 4-5 tea/coffee breaks and some gossips - I tracked one day and it was 5.2 hrs.
