There are variations of PM roles coming up.

Tech PMs, Growth PMs, AI/ML PMs, Internal PMs.

All of these requires different skills and rarely scratches the surface of the image portrayed by the market. The image portrayed in the market is of a typical B2C company's product manager.

But most opportunities are in B2B product management and it requires a different skillset that is not spoken about in books and articles.
