I'm planning to interview for a non-tech role in Zepto. Wanted to know how's the culture there?
To be honest, Your reporting manager >> culture. If your manager sucks, how good the culture is, it will drain you. So, it doesn't matter.

With my current company, even though the management team is toxic, still my manager who is part of management team makes his whole team feel comfortable and stands in front of us for anything. But the bad thing was, he was laid off a month back after he had spent 6+ years in same company and now the whole team is collapsing trying to move on including me..
So don’t matter however the company culture is, it’s always depend on your manager to whom You’re reporting..

I had an interview for the category team and want to understand how does the org and if possible this department function.
What are the work timings like
Could anybody from Zepto or Ex-Zepto shed some light on their engineering culture. In the process of considering either Zepto or an early stage pre-seed startup.
My priorities in order:
I've heard the work culture in zepto is not very nice wrt product designers, I wanted to really put in cold mails and get in there but I'm not sure about it, any thoughts on it?
