How's Insanely Good doing?
Since there's many Swiggy employees here. I love Insanely Good. I've stopped ordering from BB / Instamart, Blinkit and my local shops.
1/ User Interface - just amazing
2/ Quality of Ingredients - the best amongst online retailers
3/ The no door bell delivery - a basic need now. BB guys don't go away till they count every last tomato at 7am.
What I want to know / suggestions from my side
1/ Are you scaling up in Mumbai/ Delhi? Would love to hook my parents on to it.
2/ Is the business generally doing good? I've referred it to 3 people so far and they've all started using it. Hopefully this isn't just me in an odd power iser cohort
3/ Can it get bundled in the Swiggy Credit Card? I shop for all my groceries here, nothing better than the card extending benefits to me.
4/ What about Meat? If I can get good quality chicken, prawns, fish sourced locally it'd be amazing. Even just a tie up with lucious, I'll order it from your app.
5/ Looking forward to your inventory expanding - many minor gripes with items missing across sections.

IG as a business is doing good, it hops around the set expectations. Plan is to integrate it with main Swiggy app. I might be wrong here, but I don’t think there are any plans to scale outside Bangalore.
Swiggy is on a wild cost cutting spree and main focus is on Food and IM. These H3 businesses are not in the top priorities as of now.
PS: Swiggy is planning for a layoff through PIP after the mid year appraisal cycle. It’s all chaos here. Most of the employees don’t give a fu*k about the business and are looking for a switch. Leadership indirectly asking people to leave. Everyone just waiting for opportunities. Don’t expect a lot of responses.
Yeah. Have been hooked to it. Quality stuff. A big plus for me is the packaging. Insanely good packaging 🤌🏻
