How's flipkart's work culture for a UI2 developer?

They are offering me UI2 role for a 2 year of exp. Can someone tell me how's there work culture? There interview process I didn't like as they were somewhat rude. If they pay me well should I go? I have a competing offer that is very good for me. But if they increase it can they lay me off saying I am an expensive employee?
