Hi everyone I am working for a service based company. my profile is Devops engineer. I have a 1.6 year full stack developer experience . The last 6 months I have been doing work on the cloud. I switched to DevOps profile. I have a total of 2 YOE and my current pkg is 4.75 CTC. you all know it's time to start for appraisal so how can I take more hikes and how can I propose ?
