I am from a non tech back ground and currently working as Japanese data Assosiate in search operations. I have realized that there is no growth in this process, and am keen on switching to tech, will it be possible as a front end developer internally? Or should I switch ? Also I received relocation of 75k , and it has been only 6 months since my joining, if I leave within one year, how much of it do I have to return?
