How to report grapevine bugs?

I don't see an option to report grapevine bugs.

Bug I would like to report is that when I click on a notification of a poll that I posted, it takes me to the poll, but doesn't show latest poll results of it. I have to refresh it manually to see latest details.

I open the list of the new joiners section. After 7-8 pages, it starts to just repeat the same update. If I continue to scroll, the entire page just disappears.
