How to negotiate with Deloitte HR?

I've close to 3 years of experience in Cognizant (5LPA) and have a offer of 10LPA from Infosys, cleared Deloitte interview, hr discussion pending.... I'm expecting 12LPA, will they agree? Pls guide on the salary negotiations (role - GenAI Consultant)

You can negotiate a bit more with Deloitte. Or reach out to your infosys hr and mention him/her that you have one more offer, see if they can offer you a bit more.
