How to motivate yourself in the current market.
Currently the company work at, isn't doing good. We have had a lot of layoffs and the people that are left are either trying to switch jobs or are stuck due to external factors. There has been little to no communication from our management and we have no idea about the future of the company. How to motivate yourself to work in this situation?

It is hard to work as if it’s all rosy. Better to invest more time in urself than company as nobody is loyal
Take a home lone. Jk. But on serious note upskill. Knowing that you can get any job you apply for will give you the kind of confidence and peace of mind that nothing else can match.
Ya I consider myself lucky that I don't have any such financial obligations. Yup, working on upskilling and some personal projects on the side.
