I get calls from Recruiter and when the recruiter asks me about my notice period I say that I officially have 90 days period but most of the people gets released in 30 to 45 days then also recruiter says your notice period is a problem let me get back to you and never gets back. How to handle this? Should I say I have 30 days , but then how will I handle it later on ? Please help πŸ™

Tell them you can buy out. Attend the interviews and get selected. Once you get the offer letter, check if their company has 90 days. If yes, Tell those rangoli idiots to shove it up theirs..

Unless you negotiate and your company relieves you, nothing can be done here.

The best way to handle it is to ask the recruiter what their company notice period. If they say 90 days, ask them back why they have 90 days but can't honor your current company's policy for the double standard Of course, it will piss HR off but you can dish it back to them.

Will this technique work providing a medical certificate and asking for early release.

One suggestion first tell them you on notice period or any lie and take interview experience what they ask, once you get experience and you are confident enough to clear interview give resign and then try to find jobs.

If someone says your np is too high, say you can try your best and leave it. Most often that is not the job for you.

This is d hypocrisy of hrs nowadays. These ppl have 90 days for themselves but looking out for immediate. See u cannot control how hrs behave but one thing you can do to embarrass them. Just very politely when they r about to hang call. Very politely means extreme level politeness, say 'i have a ques (name), how much np your company have' then u will they actually dont know how to answer. Then u give reaction like 'ooooooo is it, but u r looking for immediate, so i thought u r realising d candidates with 3o days. '

Kabhi kabhi softly hit karna padta hai. Hrs will offer salary less than or with 1o prcnt hike to join another company

Faced a similar situation recently. Since the first discussion with HR I’d always highlighted that the notice period is 90 days and is negotiable upto 45 days since recently someone left in 45 days. Many of them came back and I got an offer. I then negotiated the notice to 60 days post my offer confirmation. If they find you fit, they’ll always come back. Be honest and things will happen

Tell them I have put papers and serving now , they will ask any offers in hand tell them in pipeline and because of 90 days I am not getting interview so I put papers all lie , give interview get offer letter and put papers and keep searching
