How to get out of sedentary lifestyle

Hello amazing guys and girls. I want to know as a Software Deveoper or any IT professional how did you get out of your sedentary lifestyle. I am using phone or laptop all day and night till 1 am. I am just too addicted to stop using my phone. Also I have no social life no friend with whom I can roam in Bengaluru. My wight increased by 6 Kg.
