How to get a better switch

Hey folks, As a person working in cloud, patching, servers and Devops for 2 years. What would your suggestions be to get a better switch(currently 6lpa want to get 10+). Even to shift to other techstacks or in devops. Has been applying to many companies but not much response. Also can you suggest platforms to apply.
