Hi all, I have got 2 offers. How should I ask the HR who gave me first offer to match or give better offer then what I have received recently? Basically I want first hr to match the second offer. Please help.

If you've not accepted any it's simple. Tell them you're their preference but you have a counter offer and you'd like them to match it. If they havey budget they may do it, or they may say nope not getting into auction mode. If you accepted the offer, highly unlikely this ends up with you joining them at par.
