I see, in that case here's what i would recommend. Narrow down the countries you want to Target- preferably choose countries where getting a work visa isn't that big of a challenge- EU, middle East mostly, Singapore, Australia if you're lucky.
Check out openings on linkedin and DM the job poster or get a referral (no point applying on the portal in the current market)
You might get an offer that doesn't pay as much as you would save/earn in india keeping PPP in mind so take a call accordingly.
Try through your existing org for a transfer (this is generally easier than applying externally)
Leverage other sites like indeed, blind etc if applying abroad to reach out to people working at these orga
Nothing better than someone knowing u and putting forward ur name. Grow ur network and maybe someone in ur network cracks it and helps u out
