I want to change this peacock to something else. Does anyone have an idea how is it done??

Grapevine app assigns an animal/bird which starts from your username.

E.g. My profile pic is lion like other people with username starting from letter l.

So you will need to change your username based on which animal/bird you want as profile picture.
