How to buy a plot in Bangalore?

I have been trying to buy a plot in Bengaluru. I have shortlisted a couple of areas. But prices are always unreachable to me.

I look for a plot, I wait for the salary increase, savings increase and when I go back to buy in the same locality after 12 months, things are completely changing. Prices become unreachable again.

It's been happening for the last 3 years. Should I just go for a higher loan and buy it NOW, even if it means taking a big loan amount? Suggestions?
