How to answer - Why do you want to join our company?
I honestly struggle a lot with this question- Why do you want to join our company? I do not know how to answer this. I mean the reason is simple, I need a job, and your company needs an employee. But, of course, we cannot say that. So, what is a nice positive answer that I can give when HR asks me this question?

If you want a sensible answer, just say what positive things you've found out about that company online, if it matches your career goals and other generic bullshit that might swell the HR ego.
Whichever company asks this question, is not worth joining anymore. Every sensible hiring team understands, the need to switch comes first, the company needs to give reason for why a candidate will join them.
