Is the hierarchy and talent callout specific to a particular team like product/ design, etc.? Or that’s how they generally are?
Generally across teams. And tbh, this is my impression for getting an offer from them 2 years ago. Even the Indian interviewers were saying it’s slower than bangalore tech and not as mature. That said, it’s good for multi cultural experiences and few years tax savings if no lifestyle creep. Basic things like a 10 hour maid can cost about 1-1.5 lakhs a month
